With the years The Dictator has become an expert in pathologies from different issues whether it is menopause, arthritis, thyroid issues, hormone problems, excess fat, joint problems, frozen shoulder, osteopores, high blood pressure, diabetes or another illness that modern medication often cannot cure. The club is not willing to let members train in these circumstances. The problems will and must be addressed in order to achieve maximum results. If you can't be helped by us, we'll tell you honestly. We also refer people to other experts to reinforce the whole process in order to get the best result.
We dedicate a lot of time and pure energy in you. Everything we do for you is very intense and concentrated on your persona to get the best personal result possible. As well for you as for the expert. There is much 'behind the curtain preparation' time needed and also between the consults we often need extra study and research. The mentioned prices are based on normal situations.

This is the basis. For all new members, who don’t wish to opt for the welcoming training sample package.
1-on-1 intake, full screening, medical anamnese, measurements and testing, data analysis and goal setting. A full approach on health, mental, physical, emotional, looks and business to create that overall progress.
This visit is used to process the collected data in a customized program for the athlete/member upon approval of the start of a program at The Dictator or The Dictator Elite. The intakes, also called screening, are completed by Helena Herbosch who has 20 years of professional experience.
A full concept program takes into account anagraphic data, health status, general characteristics of the body such as anatomy and biomechanics, the sporting history of the client, the medical history, medication, possibly having to refer to specific methods of treatment or therapists to achieve the goals you aspire. After that we have a ping-pong communication about the preference in frequency and possibilities that you have. From there, your programme is set up.
The club connects like-minded people. This is why The Dictator screens every potential member through the intake in order to build a nice pond of 'healthy fish'. Without the jellyfish. Each 'athlete' is screened according to reference and integrity. This is done by means of an at least 3 hour intake, or with the welcoming training sample package.
This is a 'one-time only' formula where your help question gets answered by an expert.

STRENGTH TRAINING
The personal training studio is highly specialized in offering strength training and body-building (= combo of training + nutrition) whether you are a professional athlete or have never seriously exercised in your life. The Dictator brings old school values from the 60s-70s in a new way : less bad smells, and more swearing fun. And always doable. All programs in the Royal subscription are guaranteed to be tailor-made and always under the guidance of a professional trainer. The training sessions that are supervised, being the Town subscribers, are guided by a trainer so to correct a movement, help you to get to your next level ('spotting'); and/or load your fitness machine if needed. We also take care of your post workout supplements according the activity completed.
Body-building is simply a way of life, a displine also exercised at home. Happily The Dictator does not want you to become a professional athlete (smile).

Again, we are very strong because we have 10 years of experience (since 2010) in giving this form of training. At that time, the Belgian dictionary did not know the word.
Often The DIctator integrates a HIIT moment in a strength training session to optimize your time here as well.

For example, we offer some snacks that even your daughter-in-law can prepare. Not our core business either as you can read – though trying to offer the best possible products. With a perfect smile and unseen positive vibes. Self-catering sometimes.
The club's kitchen comes with an in-house shop for all members who want to facilitate their healthy lifestyles outside the club. The Dictator offers various possibilities to pass their road trips, flights and fruitfull meetings with flying colors.
